Online Watercolor Demo by Master Artist Qian Gao

Qian Gao (pronounced as Chen Gau), a self-taught watercolor painter, is admired for his expressive style of “controlled loose painting.” Qian’s paintings have been selected into national and international art shows and have won multiple honors and awards. Qian has demonstrated his approach to watercolor painting for many art organizations around the San Francisco Bay Area. He has held signature member status with the American Watercolor Society (AWS), National Watercolor Society (NWS), Transparent Watercolor Society of America (TWSA) and California Watercolor Association (CWA).
