First Waves

Painting Waves In Watercolor Doodlewash

I love beach and water scenes in watercolor, but had been scared to paint water. But, as ever, the solution was to stop thinking and just go for it and see what happens. This is what happened! For this one I also used Chinese White for the first time so far to add a bit more depth and make it a little more foamy.
