Jackson’s newsletter today had a feature on Schmincke’s liquid charcoal. I’d never heard of such a thing & was curious if anyone here has used that type of paint. What were you trying to achieve and how did it perform for you? would you suggest it to others and how would you compare it to something like a Neutral Tint?
