    A few people have reported a 500 error while trying to post today, but I’m unable to replicate the problem. There was an update of a plugin that could be creating issues, so please try clearing your browser cache and cookies and logging in again to see if that resolves the issue. If not, please let me know below exactly the issue you’re finding and what you were doing when it happened! Thanks so much!

    Hi Charlie. Taken the suggested steps – still no joy. I log on OK but when I click on the notification bell, I am told how many replies and comment replies there are, but the link to either produces the error. I have refreshed Firefox as well so it is definitely up to date.

    Interestingly if I click on the link in my e-mail, it takes me straight there no probs!

    Morning, Charlie!  Cleared cache, rebooted computer and still get the 500 error, on two different devices.  Can’t respond to replies or comments and can’t get into my artwork to post  today’s image.  Thanks for letting me know that you are aware of the problem and I know you will get it all worked out.

    I tried using the link in the email and get a message that says I do not have access to this feature.

    You are still a member of the 500 club then?. Me too. Also on two devices, but I can upload artwork from my profile page.

    Sorry for the issues! A plugin took it upon itself to update and it wasn’t really ready for prime time. I’m going to have to check to see if it’s possible roll back to the previous version that works. In the meantime… are you able to post and reply from the main News Feed here? https://doodlewash.com/activity/

    Ok, a theme update seems to have cleared the 500 error in my testing… let me know if it’s working on your end! Thanks!

    Oops! Spoke too soon. Trying to respond to a reply for Shar Kennet and it won’t let me. Apparently I don’t have access to that activity!

    Yep, the comment icon in the gallery isn’t working as it should. I’ve reported it to the deceloper and am waiting on a fix. Try commenting via the main News Feed in the interim to see if that works for you!

    Yes, you mean the “You do not have access” message? The developer confirmed the bug and promised it will be fixed in the next update… but didn’t promise when that would be. Hopefully very soon!! Sorry for the issues!
