Very nice use of lines and washes, Steve. I feel that the house leans a bit to the right, an easy “fix, by adjusting the vertical lines so they are parallel and at 90º angle to the horizontal plane. On the other hand, the “lean” gives a playful feel to the nice composition, enhanced by the utility pole at the right. Keep up the good work!
