    for digital art drawing , You will need a graphic tablet, there are fairly cheap options nowadays, though the ones that have a screen can get expensive. You should get a fairly cheap one for your starting tablet. If you get one without a screen ( such as my xp-pen star 06 wireless painting tablet ) , it might take a while to get used to it, but it wont take too long and will be good in the long run. For software a good option is Krita, it’s free and has a great brush engine + all the important things like layers and so on.
