Philippe is a native of Paris, France and now lives with me in Kansas City, Missouri. I know what you’re thinking, why would anyone leave Paris to come here? But KC is actually a hidden gem and was voted the coolest city in America by the Huffington Post! You’re right… they didn’t mention anything about it being cooler than Paris.
