Written by Hello there! This is my very first post! I’ve just started a little adventure into the world of watercolor sketching. It’s been a crazy long time since I’ve sketched anything and I’ve always wanted to do pen and ink sketches with watercolor. So I finally got up the courage to just give it a try. I’ll post what I make as I go along and together we’ll watch what happens. Hoping to improve, but totally enjoying the journey.

Aww thanks so much, Tom!! 😃💕 I always credit the tree which was the first actual subject matter! I think I posted a couple more of palette paper after that… it was more interesting than my actual attempts! 😊LOL
So this is where it began! Did you realize how big it would end up being?
Awww… you went back to the start! 😃💕 I actually did refer to it as a “movement” from the start, but that was just because I was so thrilled and excited by my discovery. To see all of the dreams I had back then actually manifest themselves, is nothing short of awe-inspiring! 😊
I always love to see how artists began, before they even thought of being artist themself. I too love my test papers, they look so fun, especially after making colour charts, ^_^. And I keep them because as inspiration, I aways am amazed by the colours I get and the colour combinations. So, no on to the next post, this will turnout in binch reading over the weekend and new week. I will surely endup with a lot of new ideas and more inspiration.
