Cool!How about your feeling on Canson paper?I also used it and sometimes I found that the watercolors are quickly dry than others.
I like to use it as I can tear the size that I want and carry it around with me. Yes, there is more paper there to take up the water, but I usually wet it first until it won’t take up water. You could always spray the back too in order to slow it down. I like the fact that it lays flat.
