The stars challenge was quite difficult for me. I have never painted a night sky before. Besides, when I started this, I was using a new brush (Princeton Neptune) I bought last Father’s Day, and a new Hahnemuhle block which holds water on the surface longer than usual. There was a lot of adjustment, and I would say I nearly gave up when I saw how shabby my night sky looked. Somehow, I managed to find my way out of this confusion (what strokes to use, should I do wet-on-wet, what colours to apply). I am hoping to be able to create something one day with a clean wash 😉 64362654_10157278544308917_3316564275568312320_n (1)

Beautiful!
I am glad you kept with it it is so lovely 🙂
This is gorgeous! It is confusing when you are using supplies you aren’t used to, but you’ve got a good brand of both brush and paper so it will be worth it!
Wonderful!
Love it. Glad you kept going
