This is California’s burger joint, In ‘N Out Burger, with its iconic crossed palm trees. I haven’t done palms before, and obviously need to practice. There is one palm native to California, a fan palm, and I’m not sure if In ‘N Out’s are the ones or not. Other varieties of palm were brought here in the 1700’s, during the mission era. IMG_0622
