On the latter plan your breaks and start with a fresh eye. So very few things can’t be fixed or adjusted so we just need to be fresh sp we see it. …[Read more]

The inner well is for clean, fresh water, and the bowl portion is for cleaning my brush. I love the fact that it can also be used to hold several brushes flat to allow them to dry. In the first photo, you can see a dirty ring around the bowl. I\'d left dirty water in the container for several days, and the water had evaporated, leaving the stain on the surface. I\'d tried washing it with soap and water to no avail. I didn\'t want to use harsh products on the surface, as I was afraid it might be damaged. That stain has been there for a long, long time. But today I had a piece of magic eraser sitting on my desk, and knowing that the magic eraser will remove watercolour from W/C paper, I wondered if it might work on my water dish. As you can see in the second photo, it did! Yay!! SDC14778SDC14782Susan Cuss posted an update in the group Art SuppliesThis is my favourite water container when I\'m painting in my \'studio\'. There is something so comforting about a bowl of hot soup on a cold, wet, dreary day. One of my favourites is a spicy sausage and cabbage soup. Inspired by watching GUEST ARTIST: “In Liquid Color” by Denise Soden, so I took this close up of one of my daughter’s cats and gave it a try. riley

Love this portrait. Absolutely beautiful job with the eyes. I have quite a menagerie at home and am going to try painting them once I have more experience.

Thanks so much. I have tremors, so the whiskers gave me trouble. 🙂

Love the fur – I always struggle to get mine look textured

Thanks! It was just one 00 brushstroke at a time. Time consuming, but I made it for my daughter and she loved it, worth every minute.
