This one is made for a contest of one of the magazines I have subscribed to. This magazine (Plaisirs de Peindre) is celebrating its 20th birthday and the contest is in that theme. During a nice springtime walk in one of our Natural Reserves we passed by a small forest pond. The little bridge is important even though it does not look like it. We used it to cross a very very muddy spot. Maybe in times of rain a little stream flows there. 201804 Oude Buisse Heide – het Jan Dikkeven

What I did try to refer to is that I also am not doing “what a real artist should do”.
Seeing where you are now gives me the encouragement I sometimes need to go on doing what I like best. (and that is not always what a real artist should do) 🙂
