6/16/18 Bicycle When I was in Sarasota a month ago the center of the city was decked out with some very cleverly decorated bikes chained to sign posts. Yesterday when I was there they were all gone ;-( 6.16.18 Bicycle img585
I saw a posting about Maria Raczynska’s Dancing Jelly Fish and watched her video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X1mcRhzlW30
Then I had a try. My first was too crowded, and so I tried a second one in reds and purples. What fun! I’m now working on a third one!
Painting the same subject many times is very good practice. SDC15290
This was my first attempt with Kelly Eddington’s Strathmore Workshop, and using my Winsor Newton Cotman tube set, and using my Silver Brush Black Velvet brushes. I’ve always had such control with the WN WC Markers as well as my Albrecht Durers, that it was a riot of fun splashing liquid watercolours. LOL I’m going to repeat this project every…[Read more]
I can’t wait to see yours, Sandra! By then I will hopefully have figured out what I’m doing and be ready for critiquing feedback, although a few medical appts today and tomorrow may impact my additional attempts. 😏 *fingers crossed* as I want to play some more – I had such fun yesterday!

There’s such an enormous amount of artists who are so kind to share their knowledge across the internet. ❤️
