    I have just joined this group. Thank you, Charlie, and congratulations for such hard work and for creating this forum! Here I share one of my watercolors. I made this illustration on a piece of paper that I had stretched and painted on with some color gradations a few years ago. I don\'t know what my original idea for this was, or why I abandoned it. They are a weigh-loss friendly food and have been linked to lower cholesterol levels and improved eye health.
