It’s amazing how quickly an acorn will turn into a might oak in FL. My advice…unless you want your flower garden to turn into an oak forest make sure you know where that truckload of mulch is coming from. On the other hand, an oak forest is much easier to take care of, provides beauty, shade AND homes for a variety of birds.
