I’m Getting Ready For World Watercolor Month 2022! I really want to do all the prompts in a journal just for the occasion, but worry a bit that time will be an issue (don\'t we all?). Then I had an idea for a theme - silhouettes. I\'ve got a Hahnemühle 100% Cotton Watercolour book and I\'m getting it prepped by writing the prompts for each page, and doing a loose and lovely background. Those are quick and easy to do, so I can do a page here and there, ahead of time. Then when the prompt rolls around all I have to do is some kind of silhouette. Easy Peasy - right? Okay it probably won\'t be as easy as all that, but definitely easier than coming up with a full painting each day. These are the two backgrounds I\'ve done so far. * Hahnemühle 100% Cotton Watercolour book * Aquafine Watercolor * Malden Flake Salt added to second page July is World Watercolor Month!
