Thank you for sharing Mary…so interesting. Results are kind of like what happened with the acrylic painting with Iris in the workshop. I will have to to try this sometime. This turned out beautifully. Watercolors are still my favorite. And

THanks, Lisa Ann! I’ve done flowers this way before. Got the basic shapes with the plastic wrap over the paint and then went in with permanent black ink. They are fun to do and I love the random quality.

6/18/19 Tomatoes A friend gave me a set of watercolor brush pens so I decided to try them out on this tomato. The colors seem very vibrant to me. I read a bit more about them and realized they are water-based inks which I believe would create more intense colors. They were fun to use and I do like the bright colors. 6.18.19 Tomatoes img035
