I’m learning watercolor and am taking a fundamentals class. This was our first painting. It’s on Arches 140lb cold press. I started on Canson XL watercolor paper but the paint just sat where I put it, even in the wet on wet part, and it looked horrid, so I bit the bullet and bought some decent paper and started over.
