2 years and counting…
As of yesterday I have painted at least one watercolor painting a day for the last 2 years. It’s is rather easy for me to keep track of, because I started during #WorldWatercolorMonth 2 years ago. When I managed to do the entire month without missing a day, I decided to see how long I could go. And I may have been trying to catch up with Charlie. Lol, I don’t think I will ever catch up to him though, he is at 4 + years at this point. I can’t say all my paintings have been masterpieces, but I can say I have had fun painting every single one. And that is really the whole point.
In the meantime, #WorldWatercolorMonth is here again and with it another opportunity to join in the fun while promoting our cause of raising awareness for arts education and in support of the Dreaming Zebra Foundation.

Nice work Sandra! That is fantastic. I’m afraid that I have started and stopped over the past couple of years but those times I posted through Instagram or Facebook. I let other commitments get in the way. Being retired, more committed to my art and part of this community makes it much easier and fun to keep up the daily posts. Congratulations on your continuous two years!

Beautiful! Congratulations on painting every single day! That’s one of the problems with using different mediums. I can say I’ve done art every day, but not of one specific kind. I’ve lost track but it’s been for a very long time.
I know the feeling, I have been an arti9ever since Mom handed me my first crayons and I have been creating and crafting ever since. But I have fallen in love with watercolor and it is my most favorite creative endeavor.
