IF you look very closely, you’ll see I tried a few different approaches with leaves and blossoms – at least with my limited Schmincke wc’s – I can show the quantity of blooms vs leaves a bit better. I like the roots of the other Flamboyan Tree a lot more. IMG_2742

This is a result of watching about 50 too many videos on charting colors.
I saw one video yesterday, where the artist charted every single watercolor she has (mixing & glazing both, I think). It took her a month.
I will make my little pages for now and wait until I have more of a viable collection to work with.
I would love to see what you create … I can say this – I am learning a lot!
