Old Ted, was wc doodled to last months prompt of woven. Old Ted is older than I. My first teddy, panda to be exact. He has been operated on several times, but the surgeon didn’t make a good job on his neck. Thus I’m afraid his head is very wobbly. I used to hide things inside him. Usually pennies or small items. Then I’d stitch him up no one…[Read more]

Trying all sorts to find me style in watercolour. Originally and many years ago I used watercolour much in the same way as posterpaint or gouache. Very tight paintings trying to pin down every detail to within an inch of its life. I had some successful paintings, but had no understanding of what pigment, water and paper could do. Despite wc…[Read more]

Oh yes dandelions today . I’m going to do this prompt. We had to mow the lawns yesterday after 2 weeks of neglect due to rain, rain, rain. The very reason our summer is green! Two fine days and back to rain this morning. Mists across the valley ( fog by any other view, but hubby insists it’s mist going up, huh it’s coming down and sideways!) let’s…[Read more]

A peanut hut, and two fat ball containers, plus all the sunflower…[Read more]
