Thought I posted this last week…can’t find! This video is a storage system I designed so I could have instant access to my paints. Tubes are squeezed in halfpans, artist quality pans, are then separated by hue, labeled, put in tin. I keep sets together in their original tin, but add them to the small color charts.
Wow,that’s a lot of watercolor and being a person who likes to be organized I appreciate how much time you put into this project,,all your work will pay off In convenience of locating a color .good job..thank you for taking the time to film your process…
It was a project born out of necessity…if I wanted to explore new tubes, I HAD to be able to find them quickly…and even more important, be able to pu5 then back in five minutes! My special sets in tins (Greenleaf blueberry, schmincke, Prima (craft), and others are kept in their assortment. And artists ones are added on the master charts. I am loving it in practice…and especially glad I wrote the position # on eac Pan cause I’ve dropoed the tins more than once!
