Doodlewash Prompt 13 Tongue Twister__Kuntinkantan Mpuannum

2022-11-12__Adinkra Symbols: Mpuannum = “priestly office”; and, Kuntinkantan = “need for humility and service.” I adapted the symbol, Kuntinkantan by filling it in to show that the “need for humility and service” needs to be full and central to my priestly office. The words of the under-painting are: love, compassion, empathy, intuition, spirituality, justice, nature, cats, trees and relationships. I used a background of watered down red oxide to signify that all of this is grounded in love, which is the main nutrient for the Tree of Life. #monopalette22 #outsiderartists #selftaughtartist #outsiderart
