    • Wonderful! The fog looks real!

      • Oh, thankyou, Mary 😀 Watercolours require so much more a light touch than acrylics (what I’m used to) and each brush stroke I find so tense as I can’t undo them very well.

    • Great fog, the subtle bark detail is great.
      I have a w.i.p. of trees and can appreciate how well you did this! Kudos!

      • Thank you, Sue 😀 I painted this in a hotel room while on holiday and pretty much had very little of an idea of what I was doing, so I was pleasantly surprised when it kinda worked okay. I still need a lot more practise with this medium – it is still scary 😀

        • LOL, I n early July I doodled bears in bushes/woods (I’ll have to find it) … sitting in a hotel room. It’s not my only piece done in weird random places that I liked the final product. Hmm, is environment THAT influential?
