I have just spoken with my colleague from the lab and she told me, that normally, it does not happen with the pans, but due to the large number, which we produce, it can happen. But I will talk to our production manager and will inform you a.s.a.p.
In the meantime we likely will send you two replacements for the affected colors.
Regarding the tin, I have just spoken with my colleague from the purchase department, resp. our supplier and they are working on it. But we likely will also send you two different tins as replacement, so that you can choose, which one is the best for you.
Should you have any question after receiving, please do not hesitate to contact us again and one again, sorry for the inconveniences.
